RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We truly believe in our products at So’Ham Yoga Lifestyle, and we make sure that we deliver only the best to our customers. In any case if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your product for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your product if you meet the requirements mentioned below.

RETURNS

  • All items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging

  • All items must meet the standard hygiene and health regulations

  • All damages and defects on our product which may have been caused during manufacturing or shipping must be recorded through a photo taken by the customer as the item is opened and sent to us via email to info@sohamyogalife.style for a full refund

REFUNDS

  • The refund will be processed after the returning product has been received and checked for eligibility

  • The original shipping fees ( if applicable ) are not refundable

  • All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the reason for return has to do with So’Ham Yoga Lifestyle (wrong product, damages during manufacturing or shipment)

  • An email will be sent to you once the product has been received and processed

  • Please allow 2-3 business days of processing of the refund, for a credit with equal amount of your pruchase tol automatically be applied to you in your original method of payment

EXCHANGE

  • The exchange will be processed after the exchanging product has been received and checked for eligibility

  • All items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging

  • All items must meet the standard hygiene and health regulations

  • All damages and defects on our product which may have been caused during manufacturing or shipping must be recorded through a photo taken by the customer as the item is opened and sent to us via email to info@sohamyogalife.style for exchange

  • All exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the reason for exchange has to do with So’Ham Yoga Lifestyle ( wrong product, damage during manufacturing or shipment)

  • Please allow 2-3 business days of processing after receiving of the exchanging product for the new shipment to be sent out
